Who may enter the building, and what are your hours?

The building is open only to currently enrolled students and currently employed faculty and staff who have agreed to the Maroon and Gold Behavior Contract. At the building entrance, you will see a digital sign with a green ENTER or a red DO NOT ENTER message. If the red sign is displayed, only students with scheduled appointments may enter.

Open hours through November 19:

  • MondayThursday: 8 a.m.–10 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
  • Sunday: 7 p.m.–10 p.m.

After Thanksgiving Break, the building will be closed, but all online resources and services will remain available.

Hours are subject to staffing availability. See Hours & Location for the most up-to-date library hours.

The University Archives will be open by appointment only (max. two simultaneous visitors) Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Sullivan Museum and History Center will be open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only.
